NivaMind operates nivamind.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. A contact address for privacy questions will be published here.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what we need in order to reply:
- Enquiry details. Your name, email address, organization and the content of the message you send through our contact form.
- Technical data. Your IP address and a timestamp, recorded when you submit the form. We use these solely to rate limit submissions and prevent automated abuse.
- Aggregate usage data. If analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate page view statistics. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or profiling.
Why we can use it
We rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functioning website for the technical data described above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from the last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and are then deleted. Rate limiting records are deleted within 30 days.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by our hosting provider and our email provider acting on our instructions. A current list of processors is available on request.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or you may object to processing. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single item is stored in your browser's local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. It contains no identifier and never leaves your device.
Changes
We will update this notice when our processing changes, and will revise the date at the top of the page.
